03 / BEHIND THE STUDIO

A little more order.
A lot more clarity.

Hi, I’m Mehmet.

I enjoy taking a complicated process and turning it into something clear, organised and useful. That’s the idea behind Tidy Workflow Studio: practical spreadsheets that help small business owners understand their numbers and make everyday decisions with more confidence.

My first tool focuses on a question every food business needs to answer: what does each product actually cost to make?

I care about the details that make a spreadsheet easier to use: clearly marked inputs, understandable calculations, worked examples and instructions that explain what to do next.

Starting small. Making thoughtful tools for real tasks.
Thank you for being part of the beginning.

04 / FAQ

A few things
worth knowing.

Questions before you choose?
Get in touch ↗

What do I receive with my purchase?

One ZIP containing blank and example Excel workbooks, START_HERE.pdf with copy links for the two Google Sheets templates, and a 7-page English PDF guide. Worked examples include cookies, cake slices and sourdough loaves. No physical item will be shipped.

Does it work with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel?

Yes, both formats are included. Google Sheets requires a Google account and internet access. The Excel files require Microsoft Excel capable of opening .xlsx files; Excel software is not included. Compatibility with every release or other spreadsheet app is not guaranteed. The two formats are separate and do not sync.

Do I need advanced spreadsheet skills?

Clearly marked pale amber inputs, cell notes, worked examples and the illustrated guide help you get started. No macros, scripts or AI subscription are required. A desktop or laptop is recommended for the wide tables. All templates and instructions are in English.

How many recipes can I add?

Each workbook is prepared for 30 recipes, 100 ingredients and 300 recipe ingredient lines. The supplied layout is not an unlimited database.

Can I use my own currency and measurements?

Use one currency consistently throughout the workbook. The currency label does not convert exchange rates. Weight, volume and item units are supported. Some conversions need ingredient-specific density or grams per cup, which you must supply.

What costs and calculations are included?

The tool models ingredients, active labour, packaging and overhead. Results depend on your inputs. Taxes, selling and payment fees, delivery and other costs are excluded unless you incorporate them into the costs you enter. Estimated profit reflects the modelled costs, not accounting net profit or guaranteed earnings. This is a costing and pricing tool, not inventory, bookkeeping or order-management software.

What if I have trouble using the files?

Send me a message through Etsy or email serbes.mehmet26@gmail.com. I’ll be happy to help with file access or questions about how the spreadsheet works.
